gpac is working with a client in Western Ohio who is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for their food manufacturing facility!

This growing company is expanding and needing to add a knowedgeable and versatile team member to their leadership! They are a meat processing facility that's been in business for almost 75 years, and they have steadily grown since! They run 2 production shifts and sanitation runs on the 3rd shift! They have just under 250 employees, and their employee turnover rate is impressively low!

The ideal Maintenance Technician would be someone very quick on their feet, have solid leadership skills and not be afraid to take responsibility and action! They would have at least 2-3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility, food manufacturing is preferred! Experience/knowledge of the following areas: ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyer belts, pneumatic, hydraulics and PLC is a plus.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus! Relocation assistance provided, if applicable.
