The role you'll contribute:
Under general supervision, the Administrative Receptionist (known as the Adventure Guide Captain at Children's Hospital) is responsible for personally facilitating the appropriate, accurate flow of information and services needed to anyone in/or calling the hospital, in the most expeditious, courteous, professional, and customer service-oriented manner possible, while adhering to the Advent Health Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
