Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer HRD259941

As a Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing advanced electrical engineering projects within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve designing and developing complex electrical systems and components, conducting feasibility studies, and implementing electrical engineering strategies and best practices. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you will work out of our Orange, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced electrical engineering solutions. Your technical leadership, project management skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage advanced electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Design and develop complex electrical systems and components
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

YOU MUST HAVE

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 5+ years of experience in advanced electrical engineering with proficiency in electrical/instrumentation design software and tools
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical & instrumentation projects and strong knowledge of electrical/instrumentation design principles, practices, and standards
