Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach (AVP Level) to lead and guide the adoption of Agile practices across our client's organization. This strategic role will be responsible for coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders at all levels to embed Agile methodologies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The Agile Coach will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and high-performance teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption and scaling of Agile practices, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Coach leaders and teams, fostering a high-performance, self-organizing culture.
  • Provide guidance on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and facilitate key ceremonies.
  • Empower teams to own their work, remove impediments, and ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, leaders, and teams to align priorities and refine backlogs.
  • Promote continuous improvement through Agile metrics and process optimization.
  • Support scaling Agile frameworks, managing dependencies, risks, and delivering value.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, with at least 3 years in senior or leadership roles, preferably within large, complex organizations.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and experience coaching teams at varying levels of Agile maturity.
  • Proven track record in leading Agile transformations and driving continuous improvement across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing Agile metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Preferred:

  • Certified Agile Coach (e.g., Certified Scrum Coach, Certified SAFe Program Consultant) or equivalent Agile certifications.
  • Experience in the vacation ownership or hospitality industry.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, JIRA Align, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with large-scale Agile transformations and the scaling of Agile practices across organizations.
