Are you a highly skilled and motivated security professional looking for an exciting opportunity?  Chenega  is seeking an  Armed Security Officer  to join our team in  Edison, NJ . As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Your expertise and vigilance will be essential in preventing and responding to security threats.

• Provide armed security services to protect personnel, property, and assets.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct thorough inspections and security checks.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age. 
• Armed (SORA) requirement.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
