Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Salt Lake City, UT Interested?

Here's what you'll do:    

  • Primary responsibility to assemble products per work instructions. 
  • This is an entry level position with training and support provided to ensure successful assembly of product.
  • Read work instructions, verify work instructions match assignment.   
  • Learn new work instructions
  • Collect materials from bins. 
  • Set up workstations per work instruction.
  • Assemble parts and inspect own work as instructed. 
  • Complete training in a timely manner. 
  • Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested. 
  • Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management. 
  • Perform equipment maintenance and calibration in work instructions.
  • Verify work instructions match assignment

Pay: $ 18.00 /Hour

Hours : 9/80 -1st Shift

Length: Contract (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Soldering

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • IPC soldering certification; 
  • Ability to read/write/communicate in English language
  • Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions. 
  • Ability to understand verbal work instructions. 
  • Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence. 
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; 
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance 
  • Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions; 
  • Basic computer skills.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a repeated basis. 
  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)/color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors; depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
