We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bakery Manager to join our bakery team in Hawley, PA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining high-quality standards while meeting food and labor cost goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all bakery operations, including wholesale and retail.
• Develop menus and recipes.
• Manage food, labor, and recipe costing.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Create weekly schedules and manage staffing.
• Oversee inventory and sourcing of food and supplies.
• Manage HR and payroll.
• Ensure consistency and quality control.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to promote sales.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of culinary training (A.O.S/A.S Culinary Degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in baking and pastry arts (supervisory experience required).
• Knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations.
• Current Safe Food Handler certificate (a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs or more.
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
