Job Description

Bartender Job Summary:
- Must have 3 years of experience working in a fine dining establishment.
- Providing professional, engaging, and high-quality service to every guest.
- Taking beverage orders in a timely manner while creating genuine relations.
- Secure payment for all checks and process checks through the POS system.
- Assist other team members with various duties as assigned.
- Must possess excellent customer service, communication skills, and attentiveness.
- Must have an understanding and knowledge of spirits/beer/wine/non-alcoholic beverages, including specific brand recognition.
- Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the restaurant and to health code and safety.

Hostess Job Summary:
- Providing professional, engaging, and high-quality service to every guest.
- Greeting every guest as they come in and as they leave.
- Assist evening managers with various duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of reservations systems preferred.
- Taking and making calls for reservations.
- Clearly taking guest requests and any notes.
- Keeping station clean, tidy, and organized.
