Job Title: Revenue Cycle Billing Manager

Location: Manchester, NH (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday Friday

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview:

Jasurda Group has partnered with a premier healthcare revenue cycle management company seeking to add a Revenue Cycle Billing Manager and be part of a dynamic, innovative team. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement while utilizing the latest RCM technologies and processes. You will lead efforts to optimize the revenue cycle, manage key client relationships, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize billing, coding, and claims processing to ensure smooth revenue cycle operations.
• Analyze and improve key performance indicators
• Generate financial reports and perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLookups, pivot tables, macros).
• Implement strategies to prevent denials and streamline billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency with medical billing systems and Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
