The Casey Auto Group is looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to run our fast-paced collision center. The right candidate will be experienced in working with a team of estimators, technicians, refinishers, and CSRs. You must also be a production expert at a high-volume collision center. I-CAR certifications or other industry certifications are a plus! We have excellent industry partnerships and a steady flow of work supported by our 7 peninsula area dealerships. Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer
• Manage and hire department employees
• Manage distribution of work throughout the department and technicians
• Prioritize required services
• Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, by phone or in person, to ensure an award winning customer experience.
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers

Requirements:

• A minimum of four years experience in a high volume collision center.
• Reynolds DMS database experience preferred but not required.
• Top candidates will be CSI oriented, technology proficient with a great can-do attitude and strong drive for excellence.
