We are seeking a detail-oriented Camera Surveillance Operator to join our team in Irvine. In this role, you will monitor live and recorded camera feeds, document activity, and help maintain a safe and secure environment for our company. If you have a keen eye for detail, thrive under pressure, and are tech-savvy, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to support our security efforts. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor live and recorded camera feeds to detect and report unusual activity. 

• Maintain situational awareness and promptly escalate any incidents to management or law enforcement as needed. 

• Conduct regular system checks to ensure all cameras and surveillance equipment are functioning properly. 

• Document daily activities, incidents, and maintenance logs accurately. 

• Assist with reviewing recorded footage to investigate specific incidents or claims. 

• Coordinate with the management to ensure company property and personnel are protected at all times. 

• Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; additional certification in security or surveillance is a plus. 

• Previous experience in camera surveillance, security monitoring, or a related role highly preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus for extended periods. 

• Proficiency with surveillance software and basic computer skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively. 

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
