• Maintain and update the donor database , ensuring accurate data entry and regular updates.
• Support the team with task prioritization , ensuring deadlines are met and activities are completed efficiently.
• Stay informed about best practices in customer service within the charitable sector.
• Bring fresh ideas and take ownership of assigned tasks to improve the role and contribute to team success.

Desired Attributes:

• Passion for supporting charitable causes —prior experience in customer service or fundraising is a plus, but not required.
• Attention to detail and a focus on ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Energetic and creative with a can-do attitude and willingness to solve problems.
• Strong personal engagement skills and the ability to build positive relationships with donors and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities , with the ability to engage and inform diverse audiences.
