As the Chief Software Engineer , you will be a critical leader in  scaling our technology organization and  enhancing the capabilities of our AI-driven data platform. You will work alongside  executive leadership, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure our infrastructure, architecture, and product roadmap support the company’s aggressive growth trajectory.

This role is ideal for an engineering leader who thrives in  fast-paced, high-growth environments and has experience  scaling enterprise-grade AI/data products. You will define and execute technical strategies, optimize system performance, and ensure our AI models continuously  evolve with cutting-edge advancements.

• Technology Leadership: Define and execute the  engineering strategy to support  rapid scaling , ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
• AI/ML Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, integrating emerging technologies into our product to maintain  competitive differentiation.
• Product-First Engineering: Drive a  scalable, product-focused approach, ensuring that engineering decisions align with business objectives and  customer success.
• Scalability & Architecture: Build and optimize our AI/data platform’s architecture to support a 10x scale while maintaining performance and cost efficiency.
• Team Growth & Development:   Recruit, mentor, and lead top-tier engineering talent to build a  world-class AI/data engineering team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with  Product, Data Science, and Leadership teams to translate business goals into innovative technical solutions.
• Performance & Optimization: Continuously  improve system performance , data pipelines, and AI models to  maximize business impact.
• Strategic Vision: Align engineering efforts with the  company’s high-growth roadmap and long-term vision for AI-powered private equity solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in  AI/ML, big data, or enterprise SaaS companies.
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams in a  high-growth, product-driven environment.
• Deep expertise in  AI, data engineering, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure), and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in  building and deploying scalable AI/ML-driven platforms at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of  data pipelines, real-time analytics, and high-performance computing.
• Track record of leading  engineering teams through hyper-growth phases, from startup to enterprise scale.
• Passion for AI and the future of  machine learning, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with  private equity, finance, or performance-driven AI solutions is a plus.
