Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Our Child Development Behavior Specialist Focus on the Following Interventions:
Early Childhood Development
Applied Behavior Science
Behavior Modification and Management
DIR/ Floortime Intervention
Play-based Intervention
Peer-learning
Compassionate Care
Family and Team Collaboration and Education
Job Requirements:
Master's Degree in Child Development or related field preferred
Experience working with neurodivergent children preferred
Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred or willing to obtain

Blue Bird Day is an intensive therapy program for children ages 2-6 with autism, ADHD, and other developmental conditions. Our therapies are offered in a preschool-like setting, but instead of teachers, our "classes" are run by therapists. Our collaborative team provides occupational, physical, speech, developmental, ABA, and other therapies to help our clients reach their unique goals. We have locations in Chicago's West Loop and Northcenter neighborhoods and in Wheaton, and we're growing!
