Step into an exciting leadership opportunity as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) / Medical Director overseeing 10 primary care clinics. This role offers a balanced schedule with 4 days dedicated to leadership, strategic planning, and professional development, and 1 day spent providing direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting. You will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in shaping the future of a growing healthcare system that has been a cornerstone in the region for decades.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of healthcare professionals and oversee the clinical operations of 10 primary care clinics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and exceed the high standards of care.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the system's goal of expanding its reach by adding new clinics in the coming years.
Manage clinical services, ensuring quality patient care while developing and mentoring staff.
Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance the healthcare experience for the community.

Qualifications:
Prior leadership experience in healthcare is preferred, but not required.
Board-certified in a relevant medical field, with a passion for leadership and patient care.
