What You'll Do

• Drive Sales: Convert mall visitors into Cometeer customers through engaging demonstrations and expert sales techniques.
• Educate & Excite: Show customers how easy it is to enjoy barista-quality coffee at home.
• Create an Experience: Make coffee sampling fun, interactive, and unforgettable.
• Build a Following: Develop a loyal customer base by establishing genuine connections.

Who We're Looking For

• Natural Sellers: You have experience in sales—whether it's door-to-door, retail, roadshows, car sales, or other high-energy, customer-facing roles.
• Confident Communicators: You know how to grab attention, tell a great story, and close a deal.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You love hitting (and exceeding) your targets.
• Adaptable & Flexible: Willing to work varied shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
• Passionate About Coffee: While sales skills come first, a love for great coffee is a big plus!

Work Schedule

• This is a full-time role (with some part-time availability) offering three shift options at Westfield Century City
• Weekend & holiday availability required

Requirements:

This is an on-site role —not remote.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs (because coffee gear isn't light).
