Commercial Loan Officer

I am urgently seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer. Tired of dealing with the multiple levels of approvals or decisions made by a stranger at an unknown location. This bank is looking to add a new Commercial Loan Officer and is in growth mode, especially in its commercial lending division! This individual will be working in a positive, team-oriented environment, contributing to the bank's ongoing success. This bank offers competitive wages and a great work/life balance.

Commercial Loan Officer Qualifications:

* 5+ years of community bank Commercial Banking experience.
* Deep understanding of credit and finance.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional negotiation skills.

Commercial Loan Officer Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow a loan portfolio.
* Make sales calls to achieve sales goals.
* Meet benchmarks in multiple facets including but not limited to profitability and credit quality.
* Promote new business development.
* Work well with support staff and executive management.
