ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced candidates on behalf of our client for the following role:

Senior Controller - responsible for the successful operation of the accounting department. Operating at an expert level, you will oversee financial activities and accounting personnel of an established property management company.

Job Responsibilities:

-Lead accounting team ensuring financial accuracy.
-Expertly handle complex financial structures, tax arrangements, budgets and real estate management.
-Guarantee timely financial statement preparation and compliance with regulations.
-Foster financial understanding, manage a small team, and prepare accurate cash flow forecasts.

Qualifications:
-5+ years as a Controller in multifamily or commercial real estate property management accounting.
-Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
-Supervise a team of accounting professionals.
-Advanced knowledge of GAAP.
-Proficient in Yardi Voyager and MS 365, advanced in Excel.

Location: Georgia

Compensation: $130,000-$160,000 commensurate with experience plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
