Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and finance operations for a multi-entity organization. This role oversees all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to provide strategic insights that support growth.

What you will do:

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Direct accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, close process).
• Ensure accurate financial statements and strong internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and growth.
• Partner with business leaders on financial planning and reporting.
• Manage audits, tax compliance, and external reporting.

What you will have:

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related (CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial systems expertise, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience presenting financial insights to executives and stakeholders.
