We are expanding our local processing team and are seeking serious, capable Investigation Specialists who can work independently and accurately.

This is not an entry-level “click buttons and wait” role.
This is a thinking, processing, and execution role .

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Credit Repair Investigation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing full consumer credit reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
• Identifying inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and dispute opportunities
• Preparing and processing dispute letters (Round 1 through escalation)
• Handling both bureau disputes and direct-to-creditor disputes
• Managing multiple client files simultaneously
• Meeting daily production and accuracy standards
• Following established SOPs without constant supervision
• Documenting work clearly and correctly

You will be actively working files , not waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 10 completed letters per day
• High accuracy (quality control matters here)
• Ability to work independently once trained
• Strong attention to detail
• Consistent follow-through

If you need hand-holding or constant direction, this will not be a good fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.65 - $27.89 per hour
