We are seeking an experienced and multifaceted Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns and customer journeys. This role will be responsible for managing email lists, drafting and proofreading copy, creating email templates, developing and testing email content, and analyzing campaign results to optimize performance. The Email Marketing Specialist will need to be skilled in graphic design and will also assist with in-house graphic design needs. The ideal candidate is creative, data driven, and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted email content and messaging
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and customer journeys
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation tools
• Craft compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions
• Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of email marketing campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for various media
• Assist with other job responsibilities within the Sales & Marketing Department as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar design tools
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) preferred
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
