Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)

What You'll Do:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
Write persuasive, on-brand email copy tailored to different audiences and industries.
Set up and manage automated email flows, segmentation strategies, and A/B tests to enhance performance.
Take the lead in shaping and optimizing the agency's email marketing department, creating best practices and scalable strategies.
Identify tools and workflows to improve efficiency and elevate client results.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
Ensure strong email deliverability and compliance with regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continually improve strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in email marketing and copywriting, preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience highly preferred; HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar a plus).
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
Ability to take ownership of email marketing strategy, optimizing and scaling processes for long-term success.
Experience training or leading a team in email marketing execution.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with e-commerce marketing strategies and consumer behavior insights.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
