Food & Beverage Manager

Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box Then we have the job for you! As a Food & Beverage Manager you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level in the world renown wine region of Barossa Valley. 

As a Food & Beverage Manager you will assume full responsibility for managing every facet of our food & beverage department encompassing areas such as restaurant bar pool bar room service banqueting and events. 

In this role you will:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Food & Beverage Department and develop innovative and insightful strategies for optimising guest experience and revenue performance.
• Leverage your extensive expertise to guide and mentor your team ensuring they consistently curate memorable moments for our guests
• Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments and have input in creating menus wine lists and beverage offerings
• Manage all administrative and planning aspects of the department including scheduling reporting package and promotion development recruitment personnel management and ordering.  

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Prior experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Food & Beverage Duty Manager
• Robust leadership skills to engage inspire and cultivate your team fostering a positive workplace atmosphere
• Proven ability to manage budgets overseeing inventory and creating team schedules
• Effective communicator with adept skills in stakeholder management internally & externally
• Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
