Daily Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Manager:

• Speak with potential clients to assess their needs and promote our products and services
• Drive sales revenue by securing new accounts and educating customers on available services and promotions
• Develop and implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets
• Utilize sales and marketing principles, including prospecting, promoting, negotiating, and closing sales
• Present products and services to clients in a compelling, results-driven manner
• Attend daily Entry-Level Account Manager meetings to gain a deep understanding of our telecommunications client’s offerings
• Set weekly and quarterly sales goals, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed

Key Qualities We Seek in an Entry-Level Account Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field preferred
• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer success
• Strong willingness to learn and a coachable mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts
