Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Estates Matters: Experience in managing all aspects of estate planning, administration, and litigation, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate tax matters.
• Client Representation: Representing clients in court proceedings, including probate hearings, trust contests, and guardianship matters.
• Client Development: Maintaining and growing an existing client base while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Legal Counsel: Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on complex estate planning and administration issues.

Essential Skills:

• Strong Legal Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust law, as well as related areas such as elder law, tax law, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Client Communication and Counseling: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, explain legal concepts, and provide emotional support.
• Business Development and Client Relations: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and actively seek new business opportunities.
• Case Management and Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and meet deadlines.
• Research and Analysis: Strong research and analytical skills to conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
