Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event and Production Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of high-scale events and productions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams and vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership:
    • Manage the full process and workflow for events and productions, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
    • Oversee the planning, design, and execution phases, from initial vision to day-of implementation.
  • Vendor and Team Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
    • Ensure teams are clear on priorities and deliverables at all stages of the project.
  • Event Strategy and Execution:
    • Oversaw and ensure that client visions were translated into actionable designs and floorplans.
    • Set up processes and workflows for seamless event production
    • Source venues and manage all logistical aspects of event production.
  • Quality and Innovation:
    • Maintain the company’s standard of excellence for high-scale events, including multi-day productions.
    • Handle both large-scale productions (e.g., concerts or Shabbat weekends) and smaller events (e.g., parties, birthdays).

Qualifications

  • Experience: Strong background in event production and management, with proven experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • Skills:
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and fostering productive vendor relationships.
    • Budget-conscious with an ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Energetic and motivated to grow into the role.
    • Big-picture thinker who can also dive into the details when needed.
    • Flexible and able to adapt to the unique demands of event production.
