This role involves planning, organizing, and executing events of various sizes and purposes while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will collaborate with our creative team and vendors to deliver seamless events that align with client goals and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics, and scheduling.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions.
• Oversee onsite event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed as planned.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during events and ensure smooth resolutions.
• Maintain event documentation and provide post-event reports.
