Section 1: Overview

• Join our banquet sales/venues team as an Events Coordinator
• Responsible for booking, planning, and account processing of all wedding, banquet, and event functions
• Coordinate day-of activities for assigned events
• Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and professional service
• Work in a fast-paced team environment that hosts close to 200+ events per year

Section 2: Qualifications

• 1 year of event planning experience
• 3 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of sales experience
• Keen eye for detail and exceptional organization skills
• Professional and polished with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Results-oriented and enthusiastic
• Computer and Internet competency
• Flexible work availability required including evenings and weekends

Section 3: Planning

• Work as a team on all guest events throughout the planning process and day-of activities
• Thoroughly input all venue planning details into a CRM system
• Guide and lead guests through choices of food, beverage, set-up, themes, colors, etc.
• Recommend pricing that shows tremendous value to our guests
• Up-sell menu items to maximize revenues and provide an exceptional experience
• Coordinate the day of events and ensure exceptional service
• Develop and maintain exceptional relationships
• Follow up with clients after events for feedback and reviews
