FACILITY ATTENDANT 
HTM CONTRACTORS, INC | HONOLULU, HI

Do you love staying busy, fixing things, and keeping spaces looking their best? We're on the hunt for a Facility Attendant who takes pride in creating clean, organized, and smoothly running workspaces.

In this hands-on role, you'll be the go-to problem solver - helping with small repairs, keeping inventory in check, and supporting the day-to-day operations that keep our team moving forward. No two days are the same, and your work truly makes a difference!

What You'll Do:

• Facility Maintenance and Upkeep:  Keep our offices, base yard, and workspaces clean, organized, and functional.
• Inventory Prep and Equipment Management:  Assist personnel by preparing and setting up necessary tools/equipment the day before use, ensuring everything runs smoothly before heading to the field
• Errands and Support: Handle pickups, deliveries, and other facility-related errands as needed to support operations.
• Forklift Operation and Yard Organization:  Forklift experience is preferred , but a willingness to learn is required . This role includes helping reorganize and maintain the structure of the base yard to improve efficiency.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for managing errands and fleet assistance.

Pay & Benefits:

• $20/hour -  paid weekly
• Standard work schedule:  Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
