GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, a Facility Attendant oversees the proper use of City of Apopka parks and recreational facilities; provides physical set-up arrangements for classes, meetings, activities, and public and private functions in community facilities and assists the public and staff in their use of the facilities. Work is performed under the supervision of the Recreation Manager, or designee in accordance with established methods, schedules, and procedures .

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EQUIPMENT USED
Leaf blower, weed eater, edgers, rake, broom, mop, operating utility/golf carts, and communication equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work requires frequent walking, lifting of 50 pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, standing, sitting, kneeling, crawling, and climbing.
JOB LOCATION
May work at any and all City of Apopka Park and Recreation facilities, or offsite recreation facilities for programs, as assigned.
