Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant - Entry Level (Career Transition Opportunity)

Role: Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant

Location: Canada (Remote)

Visa Status: Canada, Work permit/Citizen/PR

Pay Rate: $60/hr- $70/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and understanding payroll business requirements, including earnings, deductions, statutory rules, and payroll cycles
• Support configuration of Oracle Payroll modules under guidance, such as payroll elements, formulas, balances, and costing
• Help prepare functional documents including requirement documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios
• Participate in payroll testing activities (unit testing, system testing, UAT) and help validate payroll results and reports
• Work with technical and HR teams to resolve payroll-related issues and clarify functional requirements
• Provide post-implementation support by assisting in payroll runs, issue analysis, and user queries
