Location: Various locations across Pennsylvania

The Financial Manager/Accountant is responsible for managing the organization s finances including budgeting accounting and financial reporting. This role ensures that the organization s financial operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the organization s budget.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct financial forecasting and risk management.
• Manage the organization s investments and cash flow.
• Work with external auditors to conduct annual audits.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in accounting finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
