The Role We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team as a Segment Specialist. In this role, you'll craft compelling marketing materials to build brand awareness for your assigned sales segment.
Key Responsibilities - Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (may contain elements of social media, email, video, direct mail)
- Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar aligned with seasonal events and business needs
- Design marketing collateral, including flyers, direct mail, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams to understand product demand and marketing needs
- Support business development activities, like tradeshow materials and client presentations
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute to special internal projects
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (5+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML
- Strong design skills for both digital and print projects; packaging experience a plus
- Excellent copy-editing skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Technical Requirements - Proficient with Mac systems; understanding of PC display compatibility
- Intermediate-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft desktop publishing programs, and HTML
