Job Description

Arcadia Healthcare Associates LLC, currently seeking a proven sales representative to develop relationships with referral sources and generate referrals for home care services and Staffing Agency. This is an outside sales position that requires daily face-to-face sales and calls with referral sources. This individual must develop and execute a sales plan that will generate high-value clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating new business in the home care industry or in the healthcare or senior care industry and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately. Our Office location is in Charlestown, MA. 

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians' offices, fiduciaries, etc.
  • Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads.
  • Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities

Compensation and Benefits:  

  • Compensation -Bonus and Commission structure based upon experience and results.

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Experience in a sales role in home care, health care or related senior services businesses.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the health care and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development.
  • Experienced at cold calling.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes (Preferred not required).
  • Minimum one year of sales experience preferably in health care, home care, or related field.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity timely and accurately in the Salesforce platform.
  • The ability to use market intelligence, analytics, and data to make informed decisions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Current driver's license and proof of insurance; ability to travel 80 % of the time in the field.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in which change is the norm.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work, balanced by a down-to earth approach.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and goal-oriented work ethic.
  • High energy and a positive attitude, with the ability to excel under pressure.

Job Types:  Full-time, Part-time 

Salary:  $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
