Job Description

Gpac is assisting an established Horticulture and Agriculture operation that is confidentially looking for a Horticulture Key Account Manager to join their team!

This Horticulture Key Account Manager opportunity comes with a competitive base salary, bonus opportunities, and solid benefits!!!

Horticulture Key Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop solid and trusting relationships with major key horticulture customers
* Resolve key customer issues and complaints
* Monitor floral trends for potential new product sales
* Prepare and propose new plant programs to grow sales
* Plan production and maintain existing programs
* Work with grower production and transportation teams to ensure the highest quality materials are being produced and shipped as planned

Horticulture Key Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications

* Successful Horticulture related sales experience
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Self-motivated and self-directed, with eagerness to expand the company with new sales
* Organized and goal-oriented team player
* Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
* Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise preferred)
