About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist / Dental Surgeon to join our growing dental practice. This role is ideal for a clinical professional passionate about delivering high-quality oral healthcare, performing complex procedures, and contributing to the overall well-being of patients. As a dentist or dental surgeon, you will diagnose and treat dental issues, perform surgical interventions when necessary, and promote preventive dental care through patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine patients' teeth and diagnose dental conditions using modern diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and surgical dental procedures as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Utilize dental technologies, including digital X-rays and intraoral cameras.
• Prescribe medications for dental problems such as pain management or infection control.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local dental health laws and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active state dental license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 3 years of experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply for general dentist roles).
• Specialized training and certification for surgical procedures preferred (for Dental Surgeon applicants).
• Excellent manual dexterity, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
