Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented HubSpot Email Marketer to develop, execute, and optimize engaging email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions. This role will focus on creating high-impact email campaigns, from design and content development to performance analysis, all within the HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation, working closely with the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies and customer lifecycle objectives.
Responsibilities:
Create, design, and launch targeted email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle emails.
Develop and manage email automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Implement segmentation strategies to personalize messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and clean email lists to ensure CRM integrity, improve targeting, and optimize engagement.
Collaborate with the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to ensure email strategies align with overall customer journey objectives.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to optimize future campaigns.
Ensure email deliverability best practices, compliance with GDPR/CCPA, and adherence to CAN-SPAM regulations.
Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize email campaigns for continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales, etc.) to develop engaging email copy, compelling subject lines, and effective design that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve email marketing ROI.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future email campaigns and increase ROI.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in email marketing and HubSpot updates to continually enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
Experience with email automation workflows, campaign creation, reporting, segmentation, data-driven optimization of email campaigns, and A/B testing.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including personalization, deliverability, and compliance.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for engaging copy and design.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement and retention.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including personalization, email deliverability, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
