HVAC Project Manager – Buena Park, CA

We are a large growing mechanical contractor in Buena Park that works on many of California’s biggest and best mechanical projects.  This is a full-time position with: great benefits, retirement package, and with plenty of room for career growth.  We are planning to hire California’s best and brightest HVAC Project Engineers and Project Managers in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders, select and monitor subs.
• Find, Estimate and Manage HVAC Construction Projects.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.

Requirements:

• Local.
• Stable work-history.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred.

• 6+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor.
• Technical experience with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred.
• Familiar with CA HVAC and/or plumbing codes
