Job Overview:
As a Solar Energy Appointment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads and schedule appointments for qualified homeowners interested in solar energy solutions. You won’t need to sell products directly; instead, you will focus on identifying potential customers and ensuring their readiness for a consultation.

Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential leads through various channels to gauge interest in solar energy solutions.
Qualify leads by asking key questions to determine their suitability for solar solutions.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our solar energy experts to conduct in-home consultations.
Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments in our customer management system.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and improve appointment-setting strategies.
Stay informed about solar energy trends and product offerings to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Qualifications:
Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
Ability to identify customer needs and qualify leads effectively.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of solar energy solutions is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
