Overview Join Highgate this summer for an exciting internship experience across Accounting and Finance division!
As an Finance Intern you will play a key role within the Treasury and Finance Optimization function. A 10 week rotational program where you'll dive into the financial backbone of our operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience with Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Audit Planning, Compliance Review, Risk Assessment, Data Analysis and Reporting.

This position is based out of our Corporate Offices, Irving, TX.
Responsibilities - Work alongside the Finance team across Treasury and Finance Optimization in a rotational internship program.
- Provide support on treasury, cash management and reporting, data analysis and reviews.
- Gain an understanding of internal controls, audit processes and procedures and compliance reviews.
- Assist with various projects as needed.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
Qualifications - Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Finance (in progress) or a similar degree.
- Minimum Junior status.
- Knowledge of accounting and/or finance principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and reports) and PowerPoint skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be organized with the ability to work accurately in a time efficient manner.
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to participate in a summer internship program of 10 weeks (June to August 2025).
- You must reside in Dallas, TX during the internship and work onsite.
- Salary - $20/hr for 40 hour week /10 weeks
