Join Our Team as a Jr. Business Analyst at MedAire!

As a Jr. Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and Understand Business Challenges: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and design new or improve existing processes.
• Document Processes: Develop and maintain documents detailing process flows, best practices, and task execution.
• Support Sales Community: Prepare and maintain records, documents, files, and reports.
• Manage Requests: Collaborate with the global Commercial Services team to manage and resolve requests from the sales team.
• Integrate AI Solutions: Develop and implement generative AI models to enhance workflow efficiencies.
• Advise on Pricing: Serve as an advisor on pricing-related questions and concerns.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest sales trends and best practices.
• Utilize Salesforce: Ensure real-time updates of all client-related activities in Salesforce.com.
• Perform Other Duties: Take on additional relevant tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Sales Performance: Work with regional sales teams to track pipeline progress, lead generation, and KPIs.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of new sales tools and processes, including user testing and rollout.
• Salesforce Support: Animate a community of 150+ Salesforce users, supporting adoption and effective use.
• Power BI Reporting: Maintain and produce reports using Power BI tools to support regional decision-making.
• Pricing Management: Review and manage price indexation, exception pricing, and sales quotes to ensure compliance with guidelines.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong commercial awareness and numerical literacy.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Generative AI tools, Power Automate, SQL, and DAX is desirable.

• Autonomous and self-driven with the ability to manage projects with limited supervision.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a sales support role or as a business analyst in a large, global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or an IT-related field.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly for internal meetings.
