Live-In Housekeeper or Live Out Housekeeper – Jupiter, Florida & Colorado

A couple in Jupiter, Florida, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Live-In or Live-Out Housekeeper to join their household team. This full-time position includes traveling with the couple to their secondary residence in Colorado for approximately five months of the year (May to October). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping: Perform general and deep cleaning tasks, including care for fine surfaces and furnishings. Organize closets and living spaces.
• Pet Care: Provide loving care for two small cockapoos (15% of responsibilities):
  • Walk the dogs 3x daily
  • Feed and monitor their wellbeing
• Cooking: Prepare light meals and follow recipes as needed. They eat very healthy.
• Driving: Run errands, grocery shop, and assist with other driving-related tasks. A vehicle is provided for work use.
• Meet with vendors if needed

Qualifications:

• Must love dogs and have prior experience caring for pets.
• Strong housekeeping skills with attention to detail.
• Basic cooking abilities; willingness to expand culinary skills is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules.

Schedule and Benefits:

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility as needed, also dog walking needed on weekends for 30 minutes in the morning 
• Location:
  • 7 months in Jupiter, Florida (nearby apartment can be provided)
  • 5 months in Colorado
• Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience.
• Benefits:
  • 2–4 weeks paid vacation
