Job Description

Maintenance Technician 

Pay: $29.90/hour 

Shift: 2 nd (03:00 pm – 12:00 am) 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the mechanical functionality of all production and supporting machinery and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various technical disciplines, including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, electrical systems, and blueprint interpretation.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and supporting machinery.
• Utilize knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs.
• Conduct inspections and testing using pressure gauges and other diagnostic tools.
• Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the team to address tool room needs and manage supplies.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed to support operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety protocols and procedures.

Required Work Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, electrical systems, and blueprint/schematic reading.
• Proficiency with pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Tool room knowledge is required.
• Must be shift flexible.
