Join Our Team as a Medical Equipment Repair Specialist!

Based remotely, our team members primarily operate within hospital settings, maintaining and repairing crucial medical equipment used in surgeries.

You will handle the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment. Ideal candidates often have backgrounds in fields such as HVAC, mechanics, maintenance, and more.

Please note: This is a remote position, but you will need to be present in the territory daily, working as a field technician. Residence within an hour of Lander, WY, is necessary.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic troubleshooting, repairs, and regular maintenance on STERIS and various competitive equipment systems.
• Independently manage your schedule, aligning customer priorities with business needs to perform timely service calls and equipment installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Inform customers about available repair options and pricing, facilitate sales opportunities, and support customer relationship building.
• Provide service across multiple locations, depending on customer agreements and requirements.

Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or GED with at least four years of work experience, including two years in a mechanical or technical role. An Associate's degree or equivalent certifications can substitute for technical experience.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Strong skills in customer engagement and team collaboration.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer competency, including MS Windows and mobile apps.
• Flexibility to adapt to irregular schedules, potentially including overnight and early/late shifts.
