In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and serving as a liaison between the surgeon and patient. Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Answer phone calls and emails from potential and current patients
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients prior to appointments
• Collect and document patient information accurately
• Verify insurance benefits and explain financial options to patients
• Assist in maintaining patient records and charts

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
• Motivated and team-oriented work ethic.
