WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll partner with several cross-functional teams – FOP Sport team : Consumer GM, Planning & Marketing, Global product and merchandising, Marketplace and Nike Direct Merchandising and consumer insights & analytics. A key enabler of your success will be your background and experience in retail & merchandising.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for curious, energetic, and coachable merchants who have demonstrated an awareness and understanding of the consumer and the dynamics of the marketplace. You have shown a passion to learn, make mistakes, and grow. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and excited to take on new concepts and ideas.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will help build consumer-centric assortment plans, working closely with teams across many areas of the organization such as: Planning, Allocation, Marketing, and Global Merchandising. You will also closely collaborate with Nike Direct and Marketplace Partners during seasonal reviews and help build seasonal assortments across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids Footwear + Apparel. You will be required to balance multiple seasons. Providing insights and data that will contribute to future seasonal plans and adoption in partnership within Global Merchandising. You will manage your areas of assortment planning in depth during the seasonal process and help support the team during these gates.
