Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple Midwest states. We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in geriatric psychiatry for a position based in Bloomington, IL.

Positions are part-time or full-time, daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or on-call. Benefits include flexible hours, autonomy, dedicated support, and state-of-the-art systems.

Responsibilities include providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for mostly geriatric patients in various facilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring documentation compliance.

Qualifications include a valid NP or PA license, DEA number, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of mental health care delivery. Preferred experience with geriatric populations and Medicare standards.

Compensation starts at $55/hour with full-time benefits such as 401(k). This role involves travel between facilities, offering a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment.
