Job Description

We are looking for someone who can handle a multi-title position. This role is crucial to the daily functioning of the entire team.

This is a Temp position

Responsibilities:

• Office Receptionist- filing, front face of the office
• Answering calls/directing those calls
  
• Assist in processing of weekly timecards for payroll
• Coding for accounting
• Data Entry

• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills are necessary
• Perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience working in office setting
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, payroll
