Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team and provide remote therapy to elementary school students. As a teletherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome speech and language challenges, while collaborating with educators, parents, and school staff to promote each child's success. This position offers a manageable caseload, ensuring that you can provide individualized and effective therapy to each student.

Work Hours & Schedule:
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Monday through Friday
Standard working hours: 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM

Caseload & Focus:
Elementary school-aged children
A manageable caseload for personalized, focused care

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate speech and language needs
Develop customized therapy plans to address individual student goals
Deliver one-on-one online therapy sessions
Track student progress and provide updates to teachers, parents, and school staff
Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and outcomes
Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in virtual team meetings

What We're Looking For:
SLP-CCC certification
Valid state licensure (Delaware)
Experience working with elementary-aged children
Comfortable providing teletherapy and using virtual communication tools
Strong ability to manage a remote caseload independently
