Title: Operations Advisor

Responsibilities: - Oversee current and emergent intelligence reporting to the customer while updating, maintaining, and disseminating the information.
- Adept at building relationships based on rapport and trust using sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to assess character and motivation
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas
Work Environment: - Location: On-site
- Travel Requirements: 0-20%
- Working Hours: Standard
Required Qualifications: - Clearance: TS/SCI ++
- Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 9+ years of relevant professional experience
- Training: Must have successfully completed customer required training and on-the-job experience gained through a series of interim assignments. Responsible for quality assurance review of assigned project.
- Writing skills: Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
- Soft skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Additional soft skills: Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
